Permanent Position ready to hire immediately – Located in South Okanagan

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Electrician to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced solar professional who brings strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee solar PV installation projects from start to completion
• Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to ensure strong performance
• Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and resources
• Troubleshoot technical and project-related issues
• Ensure installations meet safety, quality, and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Electrician (Class A, B, or equivalent) a must and Certified FSR Journeyman an asset
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the solar industry
• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

What We Offer

Starting wage of $40.00 – $48.00 per hour, or based on experience
