Finance Manager

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations and ensure strong fiscal accountability. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role provides leadership to the finance team, ensures compliance with financial standards, and supports organizational planning through accurate reporting and financial guidance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and statutory reporting requirements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
• Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Produce accurate and timely financial reports
• Support department managers with financial planning and reporting
• Improve accounting systems, processes, and overall efficiency
• Prepare financial templates and briefing notes
• Participate in regular financial meetings and provide strategic financial input

Qualifications

• CPA designation (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of finance management experience, including supervision and strategic planning
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
