Job Description

Our client, part of Hexagon’s global brand network, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Invoicing Clerk to support invoicing, data entry, licensing, and general accounting tasks. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Create and process invoices in QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Communicate with sales representatives and customers regarding invoicing and payments
  • Enter CRM notes and work across multiple software platforms
  • Process and reconcile daily payments
  • Create and manage software licenses
  • Handle accounts payable, including entering and paying bills and managing credit card transactions
  • Support accounts receivable by issuing statements and following up on outstanding payments

Qualifications

  • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including formulas
  • Understanding of account reconciliation in QuickBooks

Schedule

  • Shift: Day shift
  • Workdays: Monday–Friday
  • Daily Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Business Support Manager

Work Environment

  • Office-based role
  • Primarily administrative and computer-based duties
