Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Legal Assistant or Paralegal (3–5 years’ experience) to support our lawyers through all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file pleadings, affidavits, and other court documents
• Coordinate discoveries, mediations, and expert retainers
• Prepare Lists of Documents and discovery binders
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation materials
• Manage calendars, court deadlines, and file organization
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courthouses

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience (family law preferred)
• Strong drafting, organization, and time management skills
• Knowledge of court procedures and document filing
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and legal software

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
