Our client is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to drive storytelling, engagement, and business growth through high-converting, mission-driven content. Responsibilities

• Craft compelling content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, and web that inspires action and drives engagement
• Write newsletters, social copy, and website content designed to convert and build community
• Collaborate with strategists, videographers, editors, and performance marketers to launch content initiatives
• Analyze content performance and optimize for reach, resonance, and ROI
• Transform raw ideas into polished content aligned with the company’s voice, messaging, and mission

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience writing high-performing content for personal brands, creators, or fast-paced media teams
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship, personal growth, leadership, and business strategy
• Exceptional writing skills — clear, concise, persuasive, and engaging
• Experience with Notion, Slack, Google Drive, and content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, repurposing, and editing
