Location: Kelowna BC

Hours: 8:00 4:00 – Monday to Friday

 

Position Summary

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage day-to-day AP operations, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time. This role supports financial integrity, vendor relationships, and ERP (NetSuite) initiatives, while also helping manage the company’s rebates program.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Review invoices and payments for accuracy and compliance

Approve minor payment variances (under $100)

Maintain vendor records and verify banking details

Support ERP (NetSuite) implementation and AP workflow alignment

Assist with vendor onboarding, performance reviews, and issue resolution

Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit standards

Liaise between AP team, branch controllers, and finance leadership

Contribute to AP reporting, analytics, and vendor spend tracking
