We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Electrician to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced solar professional who brings strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee solar PV installation projects from start to completion
- Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to ensure strong performance
- Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and resources
- Troubleshoot technical and project-related issues
- Ensure installations meet safety, quality, and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Electrician (Class A, B, or equivalent) a must and Certified FSR Journeyman an asset
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the solar industry
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
What We Offer
Starting wage of $40.00 – $48.00 per hour, or based on experience
