Description

We are seeking a full time Office Administrator for a growing dynamic company with a solid history in the engineering/construction industry. This is a new office set up and the job is in Penticton BC. The ideal candidate needs 3 years of experience in Office Administration, be proficient in Word and Excel and general computer skills at an Intermediate Level. Accounting knowledge would be an asset. The role involves completing documents for tenders and bids, obtaining quotes for suppliers and manage project related paperwork, supporting budgeting and some bookkeeping procedures. Must be able to manage deadlines, high stress situations, and be able to work with minimum supervision. Company is seeking a professional with a great personality, great attitude, and are willing to work productively with a 40-hour work week Monday to Friday. Compensation in the range of $50 to $60K plus benefits including pension, dental, profit sharing, RRSP, and extended benefits. Please send your resume to [email protected]
